Photographing in Caloundra is always such a pleasure. With the diverse surrounds from parks, to beach to the rocky coastline, there are many options for beautiful portraits. I think I was just as excited as the bride, to be back in Caloundra, ready to shoot Mary’s very special day.

Mary’s wedding day began with Sandy, from Rolling Scissors, and Ruby Jade Makeup, making sure the girls looked stunning. You certainly need to look your best when traveling toward the love of your life in the deluxe wheels of Champers Rolls Royce Hire. As Mary pulled up at Our Lady of Rosary Parish, in the heart of Caloundra, emotions were running high. This young couple had planned their wedding day from a great distance and had only seen each other briefly, during their 18 month long wait. As Mary walked down the aisle, happy tears were flowing. A butterfly release concluded the proceedings and it was off for some bridal portraits in Coochin Park.

Caloundra RSL set a beautiful scene for their reception and the party kicked on way into the night. The service and food was out of this world and the cake by Ideas in Icing, was classic perfection.  Rocking you Wild entertained guests all night and the dance floor was on fire all the way up to the bride and groom’s departure.
